Primicias Catering

We are Laura Santiago and Gonzalo Vasquez, the proud owners of Primicias Catering LLC. We serve Southern California with fresh, flavorful catering for every occasion. From intimate gatherings to large productions, we love creating menus that fit each event perfectly and making sure every guest feels cared for.

Our journey began in 2011 with one catering job for a USC fraternity. Step by step, with the support of our amazing clients, we grew and became an official LLC in 2015. Since then, we have been honored to cater for corporate offices, social celebrations, film productions, and incredible clients such as Mayor Karen Bass, the City of Santa Monica, and Paranoia Productions.

We are deeply thankful to our community for trusting us, to our dedicated team for putting their passion and hard work into every event, and to our clients for letting us be part of their most important moments. Without this network of support, our growth would not have been possible.

Today, we are excited to be expanding with a new brick & mortar location in Los Angeles. As we grow, our promise remains the same. We will continue to deliver exceptional food, warm service, and unforgettable experiences for every guest we serve.
